The origins of the Digital Fire 360 Division came from observing our clients. We noted their frustration when other agencies who claimed to have certain skills failed to deliver on time, or up to standard with segments of digital campaigns of which we had already delivered our part.

We began to be asked to do more and more for our clients outside our original remit as email marketing specialists.

Our clients are the lifeblood of our business and at Digital Fire a client’s satisfaction is paramount, so we asked exactly what would make them happy, and listened carefully.

A selection of our clients wanted a one-stop solution from a single company and contact points within that company with individuals whom they could trust to deliver on time and to specification. They had found that much time was wasted having parts of campaigns put together by different agencies.

And so Digital Fire 360 was born. We built the skills and products in house which allow us to provide a 360 degree total digital media solution across mobile, email, search engine optimisation and social media.
