Client objective
Volvo wanted to promote its S60 model, and approached Digital Fire for access to a highly engaged database. The objective was to send out a mailer that would subsequently lead to an increase in test drive bookings and vehicle purchases.
Target market
Digital Fire decided that it would be best to send the promotional mailer to an audience within the 8 to 10 LSM. We targeted mid to senior managed based on their locations such as Gauteng, Western Cape and KwaZulu-Natal. The audience’s interests ranged from luxury cars, eating out, cycling, golfing and travelling.
Solution
Digital Fire provided a database rental service to Volvo, giving the car manufacturer access to a highly engaged and carefully segmented audience.
Results
Volvo’s email promotion was a great success. Digital Fire helped the car manufacturer achieve a 46.52% open rate and 1.67% click through.
